Remote PC Support
With this scenario, we would setup a secure remote connection to your PC(s) and deliver
support in this fashion. Obviously, in certain cases this would not be an option. But especially
for proactively taking care of your systems, this is often the best option.
Onsite Support
Often times in cases of severe trouble with a system or systems, onsite support is the only
option. We can have a representative of JTM Technology to your site in a timely fashion to ensure
the issue is dealt with quickly and effectively.
Troubleshooting At Our Location
In cases where time is not a critical factor, we can either take the PC to our location or have
you ship it to us, and we can get it back in working order and back to you in a short period of
time. In certain cases, loaner PCs might be available (deposit may be necessary).
